Sylvia Elaine Warmoth, 88

Sylvia Elaine Bouchard Warmoth passed away April 15, 2018 in San Marcos, CA. Funeral Services will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Vista, CA on April 27, 2018 at 10:30AM for the rosary and mass at 11:00AM.

Sylvia was born on December 26, 1929, in Los Angeles, CA to Ivor and Adele Bouchard and was one of four children.

After graduating college she met and married George Warmoth, who was serving in the United States Marine Corps. Although they lived on several bases within our country, they were eventually stationed at Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base, Oceanside, CA and made their permanent home in Vista, CA.

Sylvia spent most of her life as a homemaker and loving mother to her 8 children. She was dedicated to her family, her faith and her church. She was a long time member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Vista, CA and truly loved her many years as a member of the church and most especially, their choir.

Sylvia is preceded in death by her parents, Ivor and Adele Bouchard, her sister & brother-in-law Betty (Ralph) Wright, her brother & sister-in-law Ivor (Colleen) Bouchard, and daughter Karen Carramao.

Sylvia is survived by her brother Donald (Diane) Bouchard, children; Kristen Warmoth, Theresa (Terry) Calhoun, Timothy Warmoth, Thomas (Debbie) Warmoth, Kathleen Warmoth, Kandace (Alexander) D'Ambrosio, and Tammy Warmoth; 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

"Mom" Warmoth was literally like a second mother to me and my brothers for many years. She and my mom were good friends. We knew if mom wasn't around "Mom" Warmoth would always be there for us.
