Well Brandon - Had a chance to play Woodcreek on 5/30/2015 for Thomas's 30th birthday. I know how much you loved that course. When we got to #8 I had the guys take a picture of me like the one of you. Of course I didn't hit a ball from there. Only you could play the tips. It was a great day but the only thing missing was you. We think of you often and miss you deeply.

Just thinking of you today. You probably already know that Grandpa Mutka is with you in heaven. Know he loved you and please look after him and Grandma. Do me a favor and give Grandpa and my brother Bob some golf lessons. They could use a little help. Love you Brandon!

Me and my brother (Brandon Asay) shared a lot of the same life's experiences togather, some have been wonderful, fun, exciting, lovely and some nerve-racking, confusing, scary and tragic. But all of them we went through together! I am truly grateful to have had him to go throw all those life experiences togather! Today 11/27/14 on thanksgiving. I'm thankful for every hour of the 31 years I had with my big brother Brandon Mitchel Asay! It's never good by it's just for now. See you soon enough! I love you brother!!

Best Mother's Day ever

Posted by Karen Asay - Roseville, CA - Mother   November 25, 2014

Dear Brandon,
I miss you Brandon. I'm remembering back to the very beginning when we first met. You were full of life and the love of your Mother's eye. She always lit up when she mentioned you. I know it was difficult to see someone come into your Mom's life because I'm sure you felt that nobody was good enough. And you'd be right. I'm just the lucky one who had the chance to make her happy. You protecting her was only natural. I would only hope I would have done the same for my Mom. Watching you grow up through the years was something I will always treasure. Whether it was playing baseball, hockey, football (the MUD Bowl), swimming or golf it was always a good feeling to see you compete. I know we had some rough moments through the years but in the end I hope you know how much I loved you. You grew into wonderful young man and I was always proud when you called me your Dad. I promise you that I will continue to love your Mom and brother with all of my heart. You'll always be a part of me and I will always love you!

Even from a young age, I remember my little cousin's persuasiveness, energy and enthusiasm. Brandon had big dreams but even a bigger heart. His infectious smile could light up any room. With love and remembrance.

Dear Brandon, Family, Relatives & Friends,
We truely enjoyed the time you spent as Genae's boyfriend and getting to know your wonderful mom and stepdad. You will always be remembered as a respectful young man who was always fun to be around. We lost you too early in life but you're now in a place to serve our lord. Our hopes and prayers are with you, your parents, relatives and friends to somehow find a way through this and live in your memory. We'll miss you.

Dear Karen, My thoughts and prayers are with and your whole family, during this season. I know that your faith will increase during this time. I am not sure why the LORD takes the young home way before their time, I have to believe he needs them for a higher purpose. Thank you for the beautiful tribute to your son who I didn't have the honor of knowing. Love and prayers ~Michele Colombo
