Obituary

Freddie D. Sisario was born on September 5, 1939 and passed away on March 25, 2013. Freddie was a resident of Vista/Oceanside, Ca. He was born to Anthony and Angelina Sisario of Amsterdam NY. He is predeceased by both parents and brother Felix Sisario. Freddie is survived by his wife Cheryl of Vista Ca., son Justin (Christina) Sisario of Oceanside, daughter Corinne (Steve) Schipke of Vista Ca., son Grant (Rachel) Sisario of Olathe KS., daughter Dawn Marie LoBaugh (Dave) of Garden Grove, Ca, and brothers John and Frank Sisario. He had numerous Grandchildren and Great Grand children. Freddie proudly served in the USMC, did 2 tours in Vietnam and retired as a MGySgt. after 27 years. He also retired from Civil Service at Camp Pendleton, Ca. He was a proud member of The American Legion Post 365, and The VFW Post 7041, in Vista Ca. He volunteered his time At Balboa Hospital in San Diego, and participated and donated his time to many Military programs. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, going to the casino and traveling. Freddie was known to be a "thrifty" character, but would give the shirt off his back (with a price)! He loved his John Wayne movies and memorabilia, his L.A. Dodgers and Washington Redskins, and had a love for Italian Food! Freddie's 10 year battle with cancer was fought with courage, however, it didn't stop him from living his life to the fullest.
